Jenni Knoll

Jenni Knoll is an experienced professional in customer service, human resources, and operations management. Currently serving as the Customer Service and Plaza Operations Manager at Spokane Transit Authority since December 2017, Jenni also fulfills the role of HR Specialist at STA, focusing on recruitment and the development of the Affirmative Action Plan. Prior experience includes directing operations at YWCA, where Jenni established an HR system, and recruiting at Humanix Personnel Services for engineering and industrial positions. Jenni's career began at Itron Inc. as an Engineering Administrative Assistant, progressing through various roles at General Dynamics Itronix, ultimately becoming a Production Control Analyst. Education was completed at Community Colleges of Spokane between 2011 and 2015.
