Amy Decker

Amy Decker is a seasoned social work professional with extensive experience in case management and clinical interventions. Currently serving as the Manager of Social Work Case Management at MultiCare Health System since October 2021, Amy previously held the role of Social Work Supervisor at CHI Franciscan Health, overseeing social workers and substance use disorder professionals across multiple hospitals. Prior to that, Amy was a Clinical Social Worker at Swedish Medical Center, providing essential psychiatric and psychosocial support in the emergency department. Earlier career roles include Lead Clinician at Sound Mental Health, Social Work Intern at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Case Manager Intern at North Shore Senior Center, Employment Specialist at Easter Seals Inc., and Volunteer Coordinator with AmeriCorps VISTA. Amy holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Iowa.
