Richard Nader

Richard Nader, CISM, is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Cybersecurity at MultiCare Health System since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading a team of 11 and managing vendor relationships for cybersecurity tools. Previously, Richard held the role of Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Operations at Whirlpool Corporation from March 2017 to August 2022, where a global security operation center was developed and teams were significantly expanded. Additionally, Richard improved an underperforming cybersecurity program as Cyber Security Operations Manager during the same tenure. Prior experience includes working as an Information System, Architect Specialist, Security at Dow from June 2012 to March 2017, focusing on transitioning Active Directory services.
