Justin Williames

Justin Williames is an experienced CRM professional with a strong focus on marketing automation and customer lifecycle management. Currently serving as the Head of CRM at Linktree since November 2021, Justin leads a lean team responsible for enhancing revenue, activation, and retention for over 50 million users. In addition, Justin is actively involved as a Fractional CRM Lead and Consultant for GoTransit Media Group, where efforts include building marketing automations and driving digital transformation. Previous roles include CRM Manager positions at Depop and Trainline, and earlier experience at Deliveroo and Telstra in various marketing and account management functions. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from the University of the Sunshine Coast.
