Nathalie Grandy

Nathalie Grandy is an experienced recruiting professional with a diverse background in technical and university recruitment. Currently serving as the Head of Recruiting at Linktree since July 2023, Nathalie previously held the position of Head of Tech Recruiting at Mutiny from December 2022 to July 2023. Nathalie's recruitment expertise was further developed at Gem, where Nathalie worked as a Technical Recruiting Manager, Lead, and Senior Technical Recruiter from April 2020 to December 2022. Prior roles include Design University Recruiter at Airbnb and various recruiting positions at Dropbox, BigMachines (now part of Oracle), and an internship at IBM. Nathalie Grandy earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and attended Myton School in England.
