Matt Williams

Matt Williams has extensive experience in the performing arts, currently serving as an Emergency Surtitle Translator and Properties Master at Spoleto Festival USA since 1993. Williams has also worked as a Properties Master for Local 772 in Washington DC since March 2008, contributing to productions such as "Les Mis" and the National Ballet of Canada's "Alice in Wonderland." Previous roles include Art Director and Co-Art Director for "DC Cupcakes" on TLC, as well as a Properties Master at Washington Opera from 1986 to 1999. Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and English Literature from Furman University, earned between 1977 and 1981.
