Marjo Kaunisniemi serves as the Head of Governance and Administration at Sponda Ltd since January 2016, leading a team responsible for managing governance and compliance matters within the Sponda Group. Prior to this role, Marjo held various positions at HOK-Elanto, including General Counsel, Corporate Counsel, and Legal Counsel from September 2012 to January 2016. Additionally, Marjo gained experience as a Legal Counsel at the District Court of Tuusula from September 2014 to August 2015 during a training period. Marjo Kaunisniemi holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Lapland and is currently pursuing further education at Aalto University since 2016.
