Charlotte Johns

Charlotte Johns serves as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO at Sponge since December 2021, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities including project management for office relocations, diary and inbox management, and preparing board presentations. In addition, Charlotte founded PA by Charlotte in March 2023, providing remote and onsite executive assistance to clients. Previous experience includes support roles at West of England AHSN, Hubb Property Group, Clive Christian Perfume, and Buy Time, showcasing expertise in managing complex schedules, organizing events, and ensuring smooth office operations. Charlotte holds a BSc Hons in Exercise, Nutrition and Health from Oxford Brookes University.
