Henri Lyyski

Henri Lyyski is an experienced professional in the fields of ESG management, sustainability services, and international corporate income tax. Currently serving as ESG Manager at Sponsor Capital since March 2024, Henri supports investment teams and portfolio companies in ESG compliance and reporting. Previously, as a Senior Associate at Alder & Sound from February 2018 to February 2024, Henri led sustainability initiatives and had extensive expertise in tax, legal, and financial consulting, including M&A and due diligence processes. Additional roles include coordinating the Young IFA Network at the International Fiscal Association and various positions at KPMG Finland, where Henri specialized in reporting and compliance for start-ups and multinational groups. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki and a Master of Economics and Business Administration from Tampere University.
