Michael Merritt

Michael Merritt has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Michael is currently working at Blueprint Equity since July 2020, starting as an Associate and progressing to Senior Associate and currently holds the position of Vice President. Alongside their role at Blueprint Equity, they also hold positions as a Board Director at SponsorCX since November 2022, a Board Observer at Spin Technology since August 2022, and a Board Observer at Quativa since November 2021. Prior to their current positions, they worked at PwC from January 2016 to July 2020, with roles including Assurance Associate, Assurance Senior Associate, and Deals Advisory Senior Associate - Financial Due Diligence. Michael also gained experience as an Assurance Intern at PwC in 2014 and as an Accounting Intern at Thefeld and Associates in 2012.

Michael Merritt attended St. Augustine High School in California from 2006 to 2010. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 2010 to 2015, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. In 2017, Michael obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the institution of the same name.
