Marta Sarvari has a diverse range of work experience. Marta began their career as a Human Resources Intern at MAHLE during secondary school, where they assisted with employee needs and requests. Marta then worked as a Waterpolo Coach Assistant at the Waterpolo Club of the city Vác before taking on a part-time role as a Customer Service and Sales Assistant at LUSH. At LUSH, they supported social media content creation and visual merchandising, and also had responsibilities as a key holder. After that, Marta interned at MAHLE again, this time as an Employer Branding Intern, where they helped with the hiring and onboarding process. Marta created a pocketbook to aid new employees in their integration into the company. Most recently, Marta worked at the West Bend Community Memorial Library as a Library Associate and Marketing Specialist, where they managed the circulation of millions of materials and assisted library patrons in finding desired materials. Marta currently works at SponsorUnited as an Operation Market Manager for the Wisconsin and Minnesota markets, overseeing pro and non-pro sponsorship data, and as a Sponsorship Scout, conducting international market research and data analysis for European basketball, soccer, and Olympic athletes. Overall, Marta has gained experience in HR, coaching, customer service, marketing, and sponsorship.
Marta Sarvari completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Univerza v Mariboru from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Marketing at Óbuda University from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Marta also obtained several certifications, including "Learning HubSpot CRM" from LinkedIn in April 2023, "NYU Fundamentals of Global Sports Management Certificate" from Yellowbrick Fundamentals of Global Sports Management in December 2020, and "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in May 2020.
