Sarah Crawley has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to the present. Sarah started their career in 1995 as a Production Manager at Nightlife Music and Video. In 2001, they became self-employed as a Web Designer while also working as a Horticulturist for various companies. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Retail Operations Support Administrator at Telstra. In 2011, they took a sabbatical and worked as an Independent Traveller & Volunteer.

In 2012, Sarah joined NOW TV as an Online Engagement Specialist on the Social Media Team. Sarah then transitioned to the role of Social Media Writer (Movies & Entertainment) and later became the Brand Community Manager (Social Media) in 2015. Sarah led a team of Community Executives and was responsible for content creation, engagement strategies, brand awareness, and social media campaigns.

In 2016, Sarah joined Spoon Guru as a Community Manager, where they built and managed an engaged online presence across various social media platforms. Sarah also contributed to in-house design tasks and helped with sales decks and event materials. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Marketing Communications Manager, where they designed and created various marketing materials to support the company's B2B focus. Sarah also streamlined internal communications processes and took on administrative tasks.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated strong skills in content creation, social media management, community engagement, team leadership, customer care, and design. Sarah is proficient in various tools and software, including Photoshop, Lithium, Radian6, Salesforce, and MS Office.

Sarah Crawley has a diverse education history. In the year 2020, they attended General Assembly London where they focused on UX Design. Prior to that, in 2011, they completed a Cert III TESOL program at Teach International, specializing in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. In 2002, Sarah enrolled at TAFE NSW and earned a Cert III in Horticulture. Additionally, in 2000, they obtained a Diploma in Multimedia from TAFE NSW.
