Pavan Maganti has extensive experience in technology and development, currently serving as Associate Director at risposta since March 2023 and holding the position of AVP - Technology and Delivery Head at Spoors Technology Solutions India Private Limited since September 2013. Prior roles include Lead Application Developer at both Ayansys Solutions PVT LTD and Spoors Technology Solutions, Developer at Jaithra Technology Solutions, and Quality Engineer at Infotech Enterprises. Pavan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal College of Engineering, completed in 1999.
