Cristian Cabrera is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end restaurant management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as the Head Chef at Sport Hotels Resort & Spa S.A. since November 2021, Cristian oversees the kitchen of Tradicio Hermitage, a prestigious seasonal restaurant in Andorra. Previous roles include Chef de Partie at Sport Hotel Hermitage and Sushiman at SUSHI D'ARO SL, showcasing versatility in various cuisine styles. Cristian has also contributed to renowned establishments such as the Michelin-starred Arzak and has held significant positions in multiple restaurants, focusing on menu innovation and team leadership. Cristian holds a degree in Gastronomy from Instituto Gastronomico del Sur, completed in 2013.
