Tiffany Phantakou, MOL, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Sport Ortho Urgent Care since December 2023. Previously, Tiffany held the Director of Human Resources position at Heritage Medical Associates from February 2020 to February 2024, as well as the Benefits and Compensation Manager role. Prior experience includes working as the Manager of Human Resources and Special Projects at MedManagement, Inc. from September 2017 to May 2019, overseeing multi-state human resources management and ensuring compliance with regulations. Tiffany also managed various aspects of operations and human resources as Medical Practice Manager and Center Manager at Physicians Medical Care from August 2008 to July 2015. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations, both from Trevecca Nazarene University.
