Radost P.

Radost P. has extensive experience in user experience research and design, currently serving as Team Lead UX Research & Design and Senior Manager Data Driven UX at SPORT1 GmbH since October 2017. Previous roles include Ux Designer / Information Architect at the same company, as well as a position as Conceptual Designer at Virtual Identity from July 2014 to September 2017. Radost took a parental leave as a Stay-at-Home Mom from December 2018 to June 2020. Early in the career, Radost held various internships, including at Continental, IBM, i-locate GbR, and Siemens VDO (now Continental Automotive), focusing on design, communication, and content management. Radost holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Information Science/Studies from the University of Regensburg, as well as a high school diploma with a focus on English, History, and Philosophy.
