Christian Haas

Christian Haas has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Christian started their professional journey as a reserve officer in The Royal Danish Lifeguard, where they managed and educated conscription soldiers. Following this, they worked as a store manager at DS, overseeing a small team and ensuring a successful store operation. Christian then transitioned to assistant store manager roles at Daells and Playtime, where they managed small business units and collaborated with other units for purchasing. Moving on, they became a department manager at SILVAN, where they supervised store operations, monitored sales numbers, and analyzed performance. Christian then took on the role of a product manager at Cheapy Bygghandel, where they were responsible for purchasing, marketing planning, and managing employees across Sweden. After that, they worked at SILVAN as a Human Resources business partner and management developer, handling recruitment processes and managing internal manager trainee classes. Currently, they are serving as the CHRO at SPORT 24. Overall, Christian Haas has gained expertise in various areas such as management, sourcing, purchasing, category management, project management, and branding, among others.

Christian Haas has a diverse education history. In 1989, they completed sergeant training in the Danish Army, focusing on military training. The following year, in 1990, they attended the Danish Army Combat School, where they achieved the status of a reserve officer in the Danish armed forces. Moving forward, from 1998 to 2001, Christian pursued an Academy Profession (AP) Degree in Business with a specialization in Retail at Tradium / Handelsskolen i Randers. Later, they attended the Copenhagen Business School from 2009 to 2013, obtaining an HD-O (HD(O)) degree in HD-O. Additionally, Christian has several certifications, including a SHL OPQ 32 certification from SHL, obtained in January 2006. Christian also holds certifications in Antes DISC 3.0, Discover DISC, and Extended DISC from their respective institutions, although the specific dates of their completion are not provided.
