Shaike Traiband

Shaike Traiband is an accomplished sports specialist currently leading the sports talent department at Wingate Institute since March 2023, while also serving as an operations specialist at Incredi.ai. With extensive experience in sports commentary at Sport5 since October 2017, Shaike has held various managerial and coaching roles, including project management at Ilaya and project & performance management at Social Finance Israel. From 2014 to 2016, Shaike coached a first division volleyball team and previously held the position of CEO at dorent. Early in the career, Shaike served as a manager/officer of court at Dr. Shlomo Nass & Co. Law Offices and was part of the Israel men's national volleyball team from 1989 to 2000, both as a player and a coach. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Ono Academic College, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Haifa.
