Joel Moore has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joel started their career as a Shift Manager at Border Foods Companies in 2012 and held the position for five years. In 2015, they joined Coborn's, Inc. as a Warehouse employee and worked there for three years. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Warehouse Worker at FRITO LAY INC.
In 2018, Joel took on an HR Intern role at Amplifon, where they gained valuable experience in human resources. Joel then moved on to DiaSorin in 2019, starting as an Associate Total Rewards Analyst and later transitioning to the role of Human Resources Analyst. At DiaSorin, they contributed to HR functions for two years before joining Sportech Inc. in 2022 as a Continuous Improvement Engineer.
Joel Moore obtained a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Human Resources from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including "Stay Lean with Kanban" and "Process Improvement Foundations" from LinkedIn in December 2021 and November 2021, respectively. Joel also obtained certifications in "SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management", "Excel 2010 Essential Training", "Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Admin", and "Introduction to SuccessFactors Foundation Module" from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2020.
