Teresa Muller e Sousa

Teresa Muller e Sousa is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Strategy & PMO and Chief of Staff for the CS&OO at Sporting Clube de Portugal since September 2021. Prior to this role, Teresa worked at Deloitte from September 2015 to October 2021 as a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Digital, specializing in strategy and operations, with a focus on digital transformation, workplace strategies, social media, and customer journey mapping. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Strategy & Operations Analyst at Quebramar and as a Marketing Intern, where Teresa conducted market studies and brand awareness evaluations. Teresa holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a major in Strategy and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Finance from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and an Erasmus exchange experience at Université catholique de Louvain.
