Emma T.

Emma T. serves as the Head of Region CIS at Sportserve since June 2022 and has been the Managing Director at Sportion since July 2020. Previously, Emma was a Trustee and Mentor at BuildUp Bootcamp from April 2022 to February 2023 and a Strategic Advisor at Preezma, a software development company, from June 2020 to November 2020. Emma's earlier roles include Senior Technical Recruiter and Country Manager at HIRECLOUT from July 2018 to June 2020, and CEO/Founder of Famido from July 2018 to March 2020. Emma co-founded Tashjian Sharzhum NGO, focusing on artistic development for youth in Armenia, and held positions at Ginosi Apartels and E-world, focusing on HR and recruitment strategies. Educationally, Emma holds a Master's Degree in Finances from the Armenian National Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Vanadzor State Pedagogical Institute.
