Romina Pinamonti

Pinamonti, Romina has held various human resources roles throughout their career. Pinamonti, began in 2003 as a Training Recruiting & Development employee at Schering AG, where they stayed until 2008. Afterwards, they joined Sapa as an HR Manager from 2008 to 2012. Following that, Romina worked at Pregis S.p.A as a Responsabile del Personale di Gruppo until 2017. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Director at La Sportiva since 2018.

Pinamonti, Romina completed a Master's program in "Organizzazione & Personale" at SDA Bocconi in the year 2003.
