Matt Howley

Matt Howley possesses extensive experience in sports performance and science, holding several key positions including Director of Performance at Real Salt Lake, Human Performance Manager at STRIVE, and Director of Sports Science at the University of Notre Dame. Matt has also served as a Performance Consultant & Coach at Howley Performance and currently holds the title of Director, Sports - North America at Sportlight Technology. Educationally, Matt Howley earned a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) from Edith Cowan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Sport Science from Deakin University.
