Henry Thomas

Henry Thomas has a diverse and extensive work experience. Henry is currently working at Sportradar as the Vice President, People & Places Global Group Counsel, where they provide labor and employment advice and counsel to the company worldwide. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant General Counsel at American Century Investments.

From 2016 to 2020, Henry was a Labor and Employment Attorney at Polsinelli PC. During this time, they provided advice and counseling on various employment topics and successfully defended clients in employment and civil litigation cases. Henry also handled restrictive covenants and trade secrets issues, as well as traditional labor and wage & hour matters.

Before joining Polsinelli PC, Henry worked as a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate at Husch Blackwell from 2013 to 2016. Henry received advanced skills training and recognition as a Fellow in the National Employment Law Council Academy.

Henry gained early legal experience as a Legal Intern at Douglas County Legal Aid Society, Inc. and KU Legal Services for Students. Henry also served as a Student Ambassador at the University of Kansas School of Law.

Additionally, Henry worked as a Summer Associate at Husch Blackwell and held roles as a Tour Guide and Student Body President at Marquette University.

Henry Thomas attended Rockhurst High School from 2002 to 2006. Henry then went on to study at Marquette University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they attended the University of Kansas School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor degree.
