Mario Schwarz has extensive experience in HR management, starting from their early roles in operations and payroll before moving on to positions such as HR Business Partner and Head of Human Resources. Currently, Mario holds the role of VP People Partnering at Sportradar, where Mario oversees HR for Austria and serves as a Global Vertical People Partner. Mario has also worked at companies like Generali, LAOLA1, and PwC. Mario holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources- & Knowledgemanagement and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Applied Restructuring.
