Moumita S. currently serves as the Head of People Advisory (APAC) and Site Lead at Sportradar since 2025. Prior to this role, Moumita was the Regional Head of Human Resources Operations and Administration for PINKERTON from 2017 to 2025, a subsidiary of Securitas AB. Moumita's experience also includes positions as Regional Operations Manager at Microsoft (2014-2017), Human Resources Specialist at XPO (2013-2014), Human Resources Generalist at Pratt & Whitney (2011-2013), and Human Resources Generalist at Keppel Offshore & Marine (2009-2011). Additionally, Moumita began a professional career as a Consultant at Astreem Consulting Pte Ltd from March 2007 to November 2008. Educational qualifications include an MBA from International American University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Southern Cross University, and executive education in Leadership and Human Resources Management from Harvard Business School, NUS Business School, and The Wharton School.
