Rado Osredkar

Rado Osredkar has over 20 years of experience in software development and engineering. Rado is currently working at Sportradar as a Lead Developer and Team Lead, where they are involved in the design and implementation of betting services and leads a team of developers. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Halcom d.d. and as a Python Software Engineer and Feature Owner at Reciprocity, Inc. Rado has also held positions as a Senior Lead Engineer and Lead Engineer at Comtrade Digital Services, where they were responsible for the analysis, specification, and implementation of information systems. Rado began their career as a Lead Developer at Omega CONSULT d.o.o, where they specialized in full-stack web application development. Before that, Rado worked as a Software Developer at rcg and provided user support at Direkcija RS za ceste. Rado started their career as a programmer at Gral ITO. Rado has a strong technical background, with expertise in Java, PL/SQL, Python, and various other technologies.

Rado Osredkar holds a Master's degree in Organization and Management of Information Systems from Fakulteta za Organizacijske Vede, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Rado also holds another Master's degree in Defence Studies from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences, which they obtained from 1998 to 2004. Additionally, Rado Osredkar has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in January 2019 and various Oracle certifications in different years.
