Jeff Ravetz

Jeffrey Ravetz is the President of Girona Ventures, LLC, which is based in Manhattan. Girona Ventures repurposes and redevelops commercial properties. Since 1996, Jeffrey has been a principal in various ventures redeveloping over 5,000,000 of commercial properties. Girona Ventures is currently converting two office buildings totaling 200,000sf in Hartford, Connecticut into 258 apartments and 12,000sf of retail space. He has redeveloped properties in Connecticut, Illinois, Texas, New York, Oklahoma, California, Nebraska and Arizona. Prior to being in the real estate business, Jeffrey was a small business consultant at Deloitte. He received his B.S. in Economics and M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, and is both a New York licensed Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker.
