Mark Sweeney

Mark Sweeney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls, commercial management, and quantity surveying across various industries, including telecommunications and construction. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Sports Boulevard Foundation, Mark has held various leadership roles since May 2022. Previously, Mark worked at Jacobs as a Director and Senior Manager, contributing to the Expo 2020 Dubai programme in commercial and change management capacities. Other notable roles include managing significant projects with Network Rail and National Grid, alongside early career positions that established a solid foundation in quantity surveying. Mark holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Ulster University.
