Chris Wootton

Chris Wootton is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Sports Direct since March 2017, Chris has also held positions as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant within the same organization. Prior to joining Sports Direct, Chris worked as Group Financial Controller at Parseq Limited from December 2015 to March 2017 and gained valuable experience at PwC as a Manager from September 2008 to December 2015. Chris holds a degree in History from the University of Leeds, earned between 1998 and 2001, and completed education at The Skinners' School from 1991 to 1998.
