Simon Watson

Simon Watson currently serves as the Director of Ice Operations at Advent Health Sports Park at BluHawk, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Simon Watson was the Hockey Director at The Carriage Club from June 2021 to April 2024 and gained experience as the Head Coach and General Manager for the Kansas City Scouts from May 2020 to June 2021, as well as the Head Coach/General Manager for the Topeka Pilots Hockey from February 2018 to May 2020. Simon Watson began the coaching career as an Assistant Coach with the Kansas City Mavericks from June 2011 to June 2017, following a professional playing career with the same team and with the Rocky Mountain Rage and Lubbock Cotton Kings. Educationally, Simon Watson holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from St. Lawrence University.
