Paul Crisford is an experienced professional in the fields of physiotherapy and podiatry, currently serving as the Tasmania Coordinator for the Physiotherapy and Allied Health Research Network at Menzies Institute for Medical Research since May 2021. With a long-standing involvement in Sports Medicine Australia since 2006, Paul holds multiple leadership roles including Fellow of the Australian Sports Medicine Federation, SMA State Council Chairman, and Tasmanian Director on the National Board. Additionally, Paul is the Director and Podiatrist at Sports Podiatry Tasmania, managing the organization since 2009. Academically, Paul earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physical Activity Promotion in Podiatry from the Menzies Institute for Medical Research at the University of Tasmania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Podiatry Studies with Honors and an Associate Diploma in Podiatry.
