Wei Cao

Wei Cao is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As Founder and President of Lumenlabs since March 2020, Wei Cao has driven the development of filtered far-UVC solutions for safe and effective sanitation in various environments. In addition, Wei Cao co-founded Sportsbeams Lighting, Inc. in June 2014, specializing in LED sports lighting solutions. Since September 2003, Wei Cao has also served as Co-Founder and Chairman of FES International, a company recognized for its world-class manufacturing and supply chain management services across diverse industries. Wei Cao's academic background includes a B.S. in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and an advanced business education from Harvard Business School.
