Jay Sellick is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the gaming and automotive sectors, currently serving as the Director of Trading, Value, and Risk at Sportsbet since January 2013, where responsibilities include leading a team of over 100 and managing P&L accountability. Prior roles at Sportsbet include GM Value, CRM, and Customer Insight, Chief Customer Officer, General Manager of Product, Head of Product, and Head of Strategy, all focused on enhancing customer experience and driving market share. Previous experience includes leading customer and market insights at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia and a research analyst position at ACA Research. Jay holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and has completed numerous advanced programs, including the APAC Fellowship Program with The Marketing Academy and Customer Focused Innovation at Stanford University.
