Rachel Gunn is a seasoned professional in user experience research, currently serving as a Senior Research Manager (Product & UX) at Sportsbet since December 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Senior UX Researcher at Paddy Power Betfair from February 2019 to December 2022. Rachel's career began in research at RED C Research and Marketing Ltd, advancing from Research Executive to Senior Research Executive from January 2016 to January 2019.
