Bastian Linder has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience, customer service, and online marketing. Bastian started their career as an Online Marketing Manager at CloseUp GmbH in January 2009 and served in that role until May 2011. In June 2011, they joined SportScheck and worked as an Onlineshop Manager Usability until February 2012. From March 2012 to May 2020, Bastian held various roles at SportScheck, including Team Lead Usability E-Commerce and Team Lead User Experience - Product Owner E-Commerce. Currently, they are the Head of User Experience & Customer Service at SportScheck.

Bastian Linder attended Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Diploma in Market Research, Marketing, and Trade.
