Budi Perrin possesses extensive experience in customer support and sales management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Sportserve since July 2021, Budi maintains a positive and professional demeanor while responding promptly to customer inquiries. Previous roles include Community Operation Specialist at TDCX, where Budi addressed reported content and user inquiries with empathy. Budi has also held multiple sales-oriented positions in renowned establishments such as The Papandayan and Mercure Hotels, focusing on government and corporate accounts, MICE arrangements, achieving sales targets, and providing comprehensive client analysis. Budi’s career began with training in various capacities at Sofitel Palm Resort and Aston Braga Hotel and Residences, culminating in a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung.
