Hazel Ashley

Hazel Ashley has extensive work experience in human resources and office management. Hazel has held several high-level positions in various companies, including Sportserve, where they currently serve as the Global Human Resources Director. In this role, they are responsible for all areas related to HR, office, events, and facilities across multiple regions. Prior to this, Hazel worked as a Freelance Global HR Consultant at Global HR Consulting and as the Human Resources Director at Global Gaming Group. Their responsibilities in these positions included compliance, employment law, gaming regulations, leadership, training, crisis management, and handling employee issues. Hazel also gained experience as an HR Manager at Videoslots.com and a HR- People Operations, Office Manager at Betit Group, where they focused on talent acquisition, employment processing, employee relations, and office management. Hazel has a strong background in managing HR operations, implementing strategies, and handling various HR issues. Hazel's work experience also includes roles at Tipico Co Ltd, CatenaMedia, Betsson, Guru Gaming Ltd, and deVere & Partners, where they gained experience in areas such as project management, customer retention, and training. Overall, Hazel Ashley has a diverse and extensive background in human resources and office management.

Hazel Ashley's education history begins with their enrollment at Redcar and Cleveland College from 1999 to 2001. During this time, they pursued an Advanced GNVQ in Art and Design, along with City and Guilds Business and Professional Practice.

Following their completion at Redcar and Cleveland College, they went on to attend the University of Leeds from 2001 to 2004. Here, they earned a BA Honours Degree, specializing in Art and Design with a focus on Textiles and Counselling.

In 2014, Hazel Ashley enrolled at the MEA-Malta Employment Association, where they studied Employment Law within the field of Human Resources. Hazel continued their education in 2015 at the Malta Institution of Management-LEAD, acquiring a Grade A diploma and an Award in HR and People Management at the MQF level 5 CPD.

Their most recent educational pursuit was at the University of Salford from 2016 to 2018. Hazel undertook a Masters in Human Resource Management and Development.
