Dana Dung Ngo

Dana Dung Ngo began their work experience in 2005 as an Environmental Research Assistant at the Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology. They worked in this role until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they held the position of Environmental Research Assistant at Gwangju University. In 2016, Dana became a Data Analyst at Sierra Club and stayed in that role until 2018. They then became a Teacher Assistant at the University of Michigan from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are working as a Manual QA Engineer at Sporttrade, starting in 2021.

Dana Dung Ngo pursued higher education in the field of Environmental Engineering and Science. From 2001 to 2005, Dana completed a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science at Vietnam National University. Building further expertise, Dana pursued a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering at Gwangju University from 2006 to 2008. In 2016, Dana participated in the C.A.T program offered by Columbia University - Community Impact. Additionally, Dana obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Certificate from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in August 2021.
