Mike Polodna started their work experience in 2010 as a Combat Engineer Officer in the United States Army, serving until 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Project Analyst Intern (Multifamily Real Estate) at CornerStone Partners. From 2015 to 2015, they were a Summer Associate in Strategy & Operations at Deloitte. Mike then continued their career at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant from 2016 to 2018 and then as a Manager in Strategy & Operations from 2018 to 2021. Presently, Mike is working at Spot AI, starting in 2021, initially as part of Customer Strategy and Operations and currently serving as the Director of Customer Success.
