Aviad Zano

Aviad Zano has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Aviad is currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Director at OpenWeb since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Datagen from May 2022 to October 2022. Aviad has also held positions as the Global Talent Acquisition Director at Fireblocks from June 2021 to May 2022, and at Cyberbit from December 2019 to June 2021. Before transitioning into talent acquisition, Aviad worked at Maof HR as the Head of Technological Recruitment CPS and Head of Recruitment from January 2019 to December 2019, and as the Training and Recruitment Manager from May 2012 to October 2014. Aviad also worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at ORS from January 2011 to April 2012. Prior to their career in HR, Aviad served as a Human Resources Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where they established and managed a reserve unit. Their responsibilities in this role included organizational development, recruitment, and budget management.

Aviad Zano holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Haifa, which they obtained between the years 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University from 2007 to 2010. Aviad is also pursuing another Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Haifa. Additionally, Aviad attended Ort Bialik, although the specifics of their education at this institution are unknown.
