Nir Ungar is a CPA and MBA with a diverse work experience. Nir started their career in 2007 as a Courses Commander at the Technological College of the Israeli Air Force. In 2014, they joined PwC Israel as a Senior Associate, where they managed audit teams and specialized in US-GAAP. In 2017, they became the Controller at Hutchison Water Israel, responsible for financial statements, cash flow management, and budget planning. Currently, they work as the Director of Finance at OpenWeb.

Nir Ungar completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Tel Aviv University from 2010 to 2013. Nir then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University from 2014 to 2015.
