Roger Sho Gehrmann has a diverse work experience in the creative and digital industry. Roger Sho currently holds the position of VP Brand & Creative at OpenWeb since 2023. Previously, they worked at Oasis Consortium as an Advisor, where they focused on creating industry-wide brand safety standards. Before that, they held multiple roles at Pandora, starting as the Head of Design and eventually becoming the Executive Creative Director. In 2020, they joined SiriusXM as the Executive Creative Director at Studio Resonate. Prior to that, they served as the Creative Director at The Farm Digital and webqem. Roger Sho began their career at MassMedia Studios, where they started as a Creative Producer and eventually became the Creative Director. Additionally, they have also worked as a Graphic Designer at Pixelmill and as a Producer & Designer at Play Creative.

Roger Sho Gehrmann holds a Bachelor of Digital Media degree from UNSW, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. In 2006 to 2007, they attended the East Sydney Business Enterprise Centre and completed a Cert IV in Business specializing in Small Business Management. Additionally, from 2016 to 2018, Roger earned an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Professional Certificate from Stanford University with a focus on Creativity & Innovation.
