Lynn Danen is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter with a diverse professional background in recruitment and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Spot On Talent, Lynn has previously held roles at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati as a Recruiting Consultant and as a Lead Senior Recruiter at Corps Team. In addition, Lynn has experience as a Freelance Recruiter and Job Coach and has worked as a Business Analyst and Benefits Specialist at ProBusiness. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University and has received training from AIRS.
