Meredith Shirk

Meredith Shirk serves as the CEO and Founder of Svelte Media Inc. and Svelte Training, positions held since December 2012 and 2010 respectively. Under Meredith's leadership, Svelte Training has transformed from a private fitness service into a renowned authority in health and fitness, catering to over 800,000 clients and developing various health-oriented products. Additionally, Meredith has been the President of Spot Pet Insurance since April 2019 and works as an Ocean Lifeguard for the Los Angeles County Fire Department since 2006. Previously, Meredith coached the Women's Water Polo team at Malibu High School from May 2011 to February 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bio Engineering from California Lutheran University and prior studies in Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley.
