Lisa Porres

Lisa Porres has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lisa started their career as a Lawyer at PwC España, where they provided legal advice to national and international companies. Lisa then moved on to work as an Associate Director of LL.M. Programs at IE Business School, managing the operational aspects of postgraduate programs. Afterwards, Lisa worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Headhunter at Iterlegis Legal Staffing Solutions, specializing in recruiting senior profiles for law firms and other companies. Lisa then held positions at GESVALT, where they worked as a Talent & Compensation Senior Consultant and Human Resources Technician, focusing on recruitment, talent development, and HR policies. Lisa also worked as an HRBP - Human Resources Manager at Altamira Asset Management, where they advised on HR policies and processes and provided support to international offices. Currently, Lisa is the Chief People Officer (CPO) at Spotahome, an online platform for booking long-term accommodations, where they oversee the people strategy and initiatives.

Lisa Porres has a diverse education history. Lisa obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in 2015-2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Law from IE Business School from 2007-2009. Lisa also participated in the Leading Project-Driven Organizations International Executive Program at IE Business School, which concluded in 2014. Lisa completed their undergraduate education at Universidad de Granada, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Law from 2002-2007.
