Puja Kumar

Puja Kumar started their work experience as a Textile Intern at Asarwa Mills in 2012. In 2013, they worked as an Apparel Intern at Shivnaresh Sports. Puja then became a Research Intern at the Government of Bihar's Industrial Department, Udyog Mitra in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Puja worked as a Merchandiser at Laguna Clothing Private Limited, where they managed communication between clients and internal departments. In 2018, they worked as a Design Researcher at Escola Superior de Artes e Design, followed by another Design Researcher role at the same institution from 2020 to 2020. Puja then joined Wingman in 2020 as a Communication Designer, where they focused on developing the company's visual identity and digital presence. In 2021, they became a Design Researcher at Polytechnic of Leiria. Lastly, Puja currently works at SpotDraft since 2021, first as a Brand Designer and currently as the Lead Visual Designer.

Puja Kumar completed their Masters in Design from the Polytechnic of Leiria between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Fashion Technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Puja Kumar has obtained several certifications. In August 2020, they received a certification in Mobile User Experience (UX) Design from the Interaction Design Foundation. In June 2020, they obtained a certification in Design Thinking: The Beginner's Guide, also from the Interaction Design Foundation. In May 2020, Puja Kumar received a certification in Become a UX Designer from Scratch, from the same institution. Lastly, they obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Unlocked in 2020.
