Dhruvank Vaidya

Dhruvank Vaidya is an experienced professional in the media and entertainment sector, currently serving as the Head of Music & Podcasts and Head of Podcasts India at Spotify since March 2021. Prior to this role, Dhruvank held various leadership positions, including Director of M&A at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., where strategic decisions for diverse sectors were made. Dhruvank was also the Head of Business Development at TO THE NEW Ventures, focusing on digital business scale-up across Asia. As a co-founder and COO of The Adaptation Company, Dhruvank bridged publishing and audio-visual industries. Previous experiences include leadership roles at Lumiere Movies, NDTV Imagine Limited, STAR TV, Deloitte Consulting, and Accenture. Dhruvank holds an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics/Electricals from Mumbai University.
