Elena Djordjic

Elena Djordjic is a skilled User Researcher with extensive experience in user experience research and design. Currently serving as User Researcher II at Spotify since April 2022, Elena previously held positions at Wattpad as User Experience Researcher and Associate User Experience Researcher from June 2019 to April 2022. Elena's background includes a UX Research and Product Design Co-op at FreshBooks, where research and prototyping were key responsibilities, as well as an Ethnographic Researcher role at the Innovation Hub at the University of Toronto, focusing on classroom usability. Elena's earlier roles include Communications Coordinator for the University of Toronto English Students' Union, along with editorial positions at Goose and Plebeian, developing strong communication and promotional skills. Elena holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Classical Civilizations, as well as a Master of Information in User Experience Design from the University of Toronto.
