Ilya Kozhevnikov

Ilya Kozhevnikov is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and quality assurance. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Spotify, Ilya manages the Orders and Fulfilment domains within the Commerce Platform. Previously, Ilya founded a knowledge management SaaS startup focused on improving onboarding experiences and held various leadership positions at Amazon as a Software Development Manager, Photobox as Head of Quality Engineering, Hiscox as Head of Automation, Regus as Test Automation Manager, Wonga as Lead Technical QA, and Jagex as Senior Web Systems QA. Ilya began a career in testing at Lloyds Banking Group as a Test Analyst after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Internet Computing from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
